Reaffirming the European Union’s commitment to supporting Kosovo’s youth through higher education, the Head of Cooperation at the EU in Kosovo, Hubert Perr, joined the caretaker Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Përparim Kryeziu, and the Head of the Kosovo Erasmus+ Office, Mimika Dobroshi, in congratulating 10 students from Kosovo who have been awarded the prestigious EU-funded Erasmus Mundus Joint Master (EMJM) scholarships for 2026.

Through the EMJM scholarships - Mr Kryeziu an alumni himself - these outstanding students will have the opportunity to pursue their Master’s studies at several leading European universities.

Since Kosovo joined the Erasmus+ Programme, 78 students have been awarded Erasmus Mundus scholarships, reflecting the exceptional talent and academic excellence of Kosovo’s young people. We wish this year’s scholars an enriching international experience and every success in their studies and future careers. As Kosovo’s strongest and most reliable partner, and its largest provider of financial assistance, the EU will continue investing in Kosovo’s youth and their higher education as Kosovo progresses on its path towards EU integration.
