HERE publication: Sustainability and Green Transition in Higher Education: Current Practices, Challenges and Recommendations
The Kosovo Erasmus+ Office (KEO), in collaboration with the Kosovo Higher Education Reform Experts (HERE) Team, presents a new publication entitled “Sustainability and Green Transition in Higher Education: Current Practices, Challenges and Recommendations.”
The publication explores the role of higher education institutions in advancing the green transition, focusing on the integration of sustainability into teaching and learning, research, institutional governance and campus practices. It also highlights current European approaches, key challenges and opportunities, as well as the contribution of Erasmus+ cooperation in promoting green competences and sustainable institutional development.
The publication concludes with practical recommendations aimed at supporting higher education institutions and relevant stakeholders in embedding sustainability into their policies and practices.
