To mark the #EarthDay2024 Kosovo Erasmus+ Office organized a TAM-technical assistance mission on “Development of circular economy” as part of higher education reform activities. This activity took place on 22-23 April, 2023, at the University "Isa Boletini" in Mitrovica. Dr. Didier Joly international expert informed on the European Green Agenda and Western Balkans Green agenda and its implications for Kosovo. The partnership building between HEI, policy makers, SMEs and civil society is crucial to move forward on the green transition.
